This card is to welcome a new neighbor. The digi image is from Digital Tuesdays. It was colored with water color pencils. I tried a new technique called Double Dutch Fold. The tutorial is at Split Coast Stampers. All materials are from my stash. It is for a new home and I used a new technique. It fits the following challenges;
