Happy Birthday

A quick card. The panels are Core’dinations paper sanded to bring out the embossed pattern. The pattern was made by Cuttlebug folder “Perfectly Paisley. The Happy Birthday is embossed with Blue Sparkle powder.

It fits the following challenges;
