This is a spinner card. The moon travels up and down the path. It is a birthday card for a friend who’s birthday is July 3. The complete sentiment is “Shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.” All materials are from my stash. The moon is recycled from a store bought card.

Shadow

This card is to a friend of mine from her dog. I’m dog sitting while she has surgery and the dog asked me to make her a card. The dog on the card has blue bead eyes because the real dog has blue eyes. All materials are from stash.

1950's

My decade, school dances, record hops. No computer games, no cell phones, our favorite toy was the record player - old 78’s - before high fi. The old clay records that only had two songs, one on each side and don't drop it.. All materials are from my stash.

Favorites

My favorite tool is Nestabilities. I think I use one nearly every card. My favorite technique is embossing (wet or dry). The embellishment that I use most are the layered flowers. The large main flower’s layers were cut with the Spellbinders Nestabilities set “Dahlia.“ The matching flower set was embossed in white.

Friendship

This card is opposite of paper pieced. The skirt is cut out and fabric placed behind the figure. It is a card of friendship. All materials are from my stash. The digi image is from Telen’s Place Designs.  The saying is "A friend is someone who reaches out for you hand and touches your heart.

Tulips

This card is paper pieced - the vase is pieced with the same Damask patterned paper that is used for the backing. Stamps are from three different sets - the vase is on the leaves a second and the last is the tulips. I masked the vase while stamping the flowers and leaves.

Christmas ornaments

Another early Christmas card. Santa peeks out from the inside of the card. Cardstock and paper are from my stash. The ornaments and holly leaves are party confetti. Red Stickles make the berries. The rub on sentiment is from MiniMarks.

A father’s day card for a Pittsburgh Penguin fan. The backing paper is from Crafty Ann’s Funky Collection. The penguins were cut on a Cricut.

TeaBag Flower

Another labor intensive card - tea bag folding. Lots of work, but again, worth it. All materials are from a Card Maker Kit.

Happy Birthday

The backing paper is DIY. I stamped different colored candles all over the paper.  The sentiment was cut on the Cricut - George Cartridge.   It is cut from metallic paper.   The cake is recycled from a store bought card. It is up on pop dots.

Beaded Flowers

I would really love to get a beaded card. They are so-o-o-o much work, but well worth it. I wish I had time to do more of these. Made with material from my stash (did have to dig into my jewelry making stash.)

Butterflies

This was a fun card. I tried to find as many different types of butterflies as I could, so they are metallic, bling, Stickled, stickers and embossed. All the materials used are from my stash. Had to take the picture from an angle as everything was reflecting too much light.
