Tea Time

This Delft Tile is a new technique I just learned from Split Coast Stampers. The Digi stamps are from Print Shop. Everything is from my stash.
It fits the following challenges;
Crazy Challenge CCH#59 - Any shape but square.
Creatalicious # 20 - Create a card that is two tone.
There she goes TSG99 - Stand out from the Background, the tea pot and the creamer are up on pop dots.

Happy Halloween to all!!!
A center step Halloween card. The embossed webs used Versa Mark. The Bat Border was found in a dollar bin. The Ghosts were cut with a sizzex. The bones and eyes bling is by Darice. The small ghosts and bats are party confetti.
