PaperLantern
This is a change of pace for me -- Making something other than a card. A friend showed it to me and I just loved the concept. The main part is vellum. The tea lightinside is from the dollar store and all other materials are from my stash. It fits the following challenges;
Scrap-Creations Challenge St. Paddy's Day.
