Quilt

This is a get well card.  The saying inside is "I hope you will soon be on the mend."   Made from materials in my stash.  The digi image is from Digital Tuesday. 
It fits the following challenges;

365 Cards - Day 27 - ABC's of Crafting - P=Polka Dots, Q=Quilting and R=Red.
ABC-Challenge = Q is for quilting/sewing.
Digital Tuesday Challenge #103 - Button Up.
